Join us for another free Living History performance in the Boathouse Theatre, as historians David & Gayle Woodruff step into the roles of “Death Valley Scotty” and the ever-proper Bessie Johnson in Death Valley Scotty: Fact, Fiction, and Fable. This 70-minute Chautauqua-style presentation dives into the wild, mysterious, and often hilarious tales that made Walter Scott a desert legend—and kept historians guessing for decades.
