Current Rental fees

Valhalla is closed from
Dec. 15 – April 15
RATES:
Saturday: $8500 for 10 hours
Friday or Sunday: $6500 for 10 hours
Monday through Thursday: $4800 for 8 hours
A limited number of events at reduced rates can be scheduled for community events, nonprofits and government agencies.
Community Event Rates:
(Celebration of Life, Fundraisers, Community Dinners etc.):
Receive 25% off the above rates with the exception of Saturdays.
Forest Service Employee and Board Member Rates:
Receive 50% off the above rates with the exception of Saturdays.
Non-Profit Rates:
Flat rate of $750 for 10 hours of venue time with the exception of Saturdays.
Additional Fees
$600 for each Additional Hour of rental time outside hours included above.
$750 Winter Fee: Nov., and Dec. (For Additional Heat and Snow Plowing Costs)
$200 One Hour Rehearsal Fee – Available times are 9:00am or 10:00am the day before your wedding.
$1000 refundable cleaning / damage deposit – To be returned no earlier than 30 days post wedding date if your event adhered to contracted guidelines.
Maximum capacity
130 person maximum guest count for wedding events to include wedding party, children & infants.
